Do you have tracking on my order?

To keep shipping rates low or free, most of our products are sent by regular lettermail and therefore there’s no tracking. However, if you would like tracking and faster shipping, please contact us.

Why I haven’t received my order yet?

Please be patient with orders. Shipping by lettermail can usually take longer than usual and we appreciate your understanding.

If you haven't received your order and it has been over 21 days to Canada, 31 days to USA and 45 days to international, please contact us for store credit or a replacement. We do not issue refunds for delays in shipping caused by Canada Post. Any issues with your order please contact us immediately.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately we cannot refund orders. All items are built to order/custom and if you would like to exchange, you may get a store credit.

Can you engrave on both sides of my plastic keychain/pet tag?

Unfortunately no. The engraving material is only one side. If you would like the back of your keychain/pet tag engraved, please order a second piece and indicate in the personalization notes. We also have leather tags that are double sided!

How much text can I fit on an item?

Don't be afraid to request a lot of text. We will send you a message to let you know if the personalization is illegible.

Are there any other colors available?

Yes, however it is limited. Message us if you would like to know more about the other colours.

Is my personalization printed or engraved on the aluminium plaques?

Our plates are laser engraved. We do not have any printing services. The plate is aluminum and the laser etches off a layer of the top colour to reveal the black/silver behind. You would not be able to remove the engraving with any chemicals that a print would.

Can I change a personalization after my order has been placed?

Of course! Send us a message as soon as possible to request a change in your personalization. If production hasn't been started and item hasn't been shipped, we will change it for you.

However, if we already made and shipped your order, we cannot change your personalization nor resend the item with the new information.

Any changes are buyers' responsibility and we must be informed as soon as possible prior to shipping.

I want a plaque/tag/sign with a size you don’t have listed. Can you do custom sizing?

Yes, absolutely! We can do custom sizes and shapes. Message us to learn more about the details and pricing.

I have purchased from you before and I would like to order the same thing again. Can I get the exact same artwork?

Unfortunately, with the influx of orders, we cannot save the artwork from a past order. If you're going to be purchasing again in the future, please send a message to talk about saving your artwork.
